monta is Germany's largest manufacturer of natural rubber-based adhesive tapes for packaging technology and industrial applications. As a future-oriented and internationally oriented company, monta has a worldwide network of customers, suppliers and two subsidiaries in Hungary and Romania. Our customers include packaging distributors, printers, converters, machine manufacturers and industrial end-users.

First-class adhesive tapes and personal service form the heart of our activities. We provide individual advice, technical expertise and on-site training. If necessary, we develop solutions with our customers that meet their specific requirements, whether for packaging or industrial applications. Typical applications are carton, bag and re-sealing, surface protection, splicing, bundling, fixing and others.

For almost 60 years, adhesive tapes have been developed and manufactured in Immenstadt, Germany. Sustainability is an integral part of monta's corporate strategy. In 2019, monta launched the Greenline product range with the industrially compostable monta biopack®, which consists of around 90% renewable raw materials. Since August 2021, monta has been compensating for all unavoidable CO2 emissions, by supporting certified climate protection projects. monta has developed a corporate social responsibility strategy and prioritizes, besides its ecological focus, also social, and ethical sustainability. Since 2020, monta has held the silver medal of the international rating platform Ecovadis.
