 Dalibor Lamos

My name is Dalibor Lamos, I was born in 1978 and I live with my family in the beautiful Odenwald. I founded DL-Xtrusion to share my knowledge and experience from 26 years of blown film extrusion through training and support. In times of acute shortage of skilled workers, I can also help your company to effectively train employees in production and maintenance.

In 1994, I started my training as a plastics molder (now process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology), which I successfully completed in 1997. After the apprenticeship, I worked in quality assurance and later in production as a shift supervisor, among other positions.
In 2011, I decided to further my education to become an industrial foreman for plastics and rubber. In the following years, I worked in work preparation (focus: production planning/raw material procurement) and then as production manager of blown film extrusion.
