As an alternative to the EconomicRoll®, DRECKSHAGE can also manufacture conventional aluminium rollers from roller tubes according to customer requirements. Thanks to comprehensive services such as rubber coatings, non-stick coatings or surface treatments, we can provide you with everything from a single source.
With the EcoStretchRoll, DRECKSHAGE offers a completely new type of spreader roll in addition to our guide, idler and driven rollers. The ESR spreader roll combines the advantages of existing systems and enables reliable, gentle, crease-free spreading of film, nonwovens, textiles and paper under a wide range of conditions at speeds of up to 1,000 m/min and even materials < 5 µm / 8 g/m².
