Moretto at the Fakuma 2024

To meet all mixing requirements, Moretto introduced the DGM GRAVIX range, a state-of-the-art gravimetric dosing unit that has recently been renewed. The improvements in the digital part as well as the introduction of a new micro-dosing model (DGM GRAVIX 20) underline Moretto's commitment to meet customers' requirements.

In addition, visitors were able to discover DOLPHIN, the exclusive automatic coupling station for material-machine allocation in plastic conveying systems.

In the storage line, SILCONTROL, the system designed and developed to control the loading of plastic pellets in storage silos, was on display.

All solutions integrate perfectly with MOWIS, a monitoring and management system developed entirely in-house by Moretto. It enables connectivity between machines, processes, departments, plants and factories. A demo version will be available on the stand, allowing visitors to test the main features and benefits of this exclusive monitoring system.

Also on show for the first time at Fakuma was the new HYPER CUT shredder, which ensures uniform and constant granulation with minimal dust generation and noise. The multi-blade rotor enables 45 cuts per revolution at full motor power with an incomparable result in terms of energy efficiency.
