HT-Cooling, a company specialized in the design, construction and installation of industrial cooling systems, proudly announces its entry into the Galletti Group, an international reference in the HVAC sector.
This strategic operation expands the Galletti Group’s offering, introducing new sectors and allowing HT-Cooling to benefit from the structural and financial strength of a family-led group with over 100 years of experience in the air conditioning market.

Present on the market since 2022 and already a reference partner for national OEMs in the plastics sector, HT-Cooling will further strengthen its structure with the inclusion of new professional profiles. This expansion aims to complete and strengthen the existing team, continuing the market penetration action.
The acquisition of the majority share of HT-Cooling by the Galletti Group was completed in July.
In October, HT-Cooling will exhibit at FAKUMA and is already confirmed to participate in K2025, the world's leading trade fair for the plastics industry.
