Even with web thicknesses below 4 µm, very low web tensions and wrap angles smaller than 10°, the rollers operate precisely and reliably - at line speeds of up to 1,000 m/min.

Even under acting force, the EcoStretchRoll removes all wrinkles from film in such a way that no markings remain on the surface. This performance feature is crucial to the processing of highly sensitive materials, such as battery foil, as a good surface quality is essential for the functionality of the film product.
Sustainable
For reasons of sustainability, many companies try to use increasingly less plastics, for example, as packing material for their products. Here, the roller’s performance capabilities help to comply with the market’s growing demand for ever thinner and more filigree materials.

The simplicity of the EcoStretchRoll is compelling: It is easy to install into the customer’s line – often in place of an idler roller. The same roller can be used for the entire product range. It is not necessary to exchange – or even adjust – the roller for product changes.

The market demand for spreader rollers of the EcoStretchRoll type is constantly growing. Last year, DRECKSHAGE reported a more than 30 percent year-on-year increase in EcoStretchRoll sales. More than 50 percent of the rollers sold were supplied to customers outside Germany.
